Feature And Application
The automatic big bag filling machine is equipped with an automatic bag feeding device compatible with high-speed continuous operation modes. Each actuator is fitted with a safety control unit to ensure sustained and stable operation of the packaging process. It adopts a servo motor control system to fully deliver high-precision performance and a full-computer control system with standard communication interfaces, enabling network connection with the central control system. Featuring an automatic counting function, it can be used to assess the production output of each work team. After workers place empty bags into the bag storage bin, the bag picker sucks the bottom of packaging bags in the bin, and the chain conveyor then transports the bags to the bag opening station. At the bag opening station, vacuum suckers stretch both sides of the bag mouth; meanwhile, a fork knife mechanism inserts into the bag mouth to expand and shape it. Finally, a manipulator clamps both sides of the packaging bag and transfers it to the bag-clamping feeding device.
