Feature And Application
The automatic bag filling and sealing machine of the fully automated packaging machine achieves complete automation throughout the entire process-from bag retrieval and opening to feeding. It operates stably with low failure rates and maintains consistent output even under 24-hour high-load continuous production, significantly enhancing packaging capacity and ensuring uninterrupted production.
Operators manually place empty packaging bags into the bag storage bin; the bag retrieval mechanism then uses negative pressure to suction bags from the bottom of the bin and transports them to the opening station via a conveyor chain.At the station, vacuum cups grip both sides of the bag opening for initial expansion, while a synchronous fork assembly extends into the opening to further expand and shape the bag. Subsequently, a robotic arm secures both sides of the bag and transfers it to the bag-clamping and discharge equipment.
The entire packaging line requires only one inspection personnel, limited to replenishing packaging bags and monitoring equipment, without demanding high-intensity repetitive physical tasks. In scenarios involving dust or highly corrosive hazardous materials, this significantly reduces workers' exposure frequency to harmful substances and lowers expenditures on personal protective equipment (PPE) and occupational disease prevention.
