* The automatic bagging and sealing machine features high-speed automatic bag feeding and enables continuous, stable operation. Equipped with a high-speed automatic bag feeding system, it achieves complete automation in bag retrieval, opening, and feeding processes, ensuring stable operating rhythm and low failure rates. It is designed for prolonged, high-load continuous production, significantly enhancing overall packaging efficiency and production continuity.
* The entire system is equipped with comprehensive safety interlock protection, ensuring more continuous and stable production. Each actuator is fitted with safety control and interlock protection devices, providing safeguards against overload, jamming, and abnormal shutdowns. This design not only ensures equipment and operational safety but also minimizes unnecessary downtime, guaranteeing uninterrupted and smooth operation of the packaging process.
* The storage bag warehouse is ready with empty bags; the vacuum suction cup captures the topmost single bag and lifts it for separation. It then moves to the bag-opening station where upper and lower suction cups grip the bag, a robotic arm picks up and unfolds it, the servo motor rotates upward to precisely align it with the discharge nozzle; a bag-clamping cylinder locks the bag opening, a signal is sent back to the main controller, triggering the metering system of the quantitative packaging machine to start material dispensing; upon successful weight verification, the bag clamp releases, the robotic arm returns to its original position to pick up a new bag, and the finished bags are conveyed to the sealing process.
