Delivery: Upon the customer's confirmation of the order and payment of the corresponding deposit, we will commence production in accordance with the agreed specifications and customization requirements. Upon completion, we will conduct comprehensive performance testing of the equipment; upon passing the test, the equipment will be delivered to the customer's designated location. Delivery includes the main unit, accessories, operating manual, qualification certificates, and other relevant documentation.

Transportation: Based on the customer's location and equipment size, select an appropriate transportation method (road, rail, sea transport, etc.) and engage a professional logistics company with extensive experience in industrial equipment delivery. The equipment will be packaged using moisture-resistant, shockproof, and impact-resistant materials to prevent damage during transit. We will monitor the shipment progress in real time and notify customers of the estimated arrival time in advance.
