The DCS-1000 series bag packaging machines feature precise weighing and stable measurement performance, equipped with a high-precision weighing sensor system and three feeding modes (screw variable-frequency feeding, direct drop gravity feeding, and AC vibration feeding) to accommodate various materials and packaging requirements. With a weighing accuracy of ±0.2%, the equipment meets industrial raw material measurement control standards. The 1000-1 model in this series employs a bottom-weighting mechanism with a vibrating weighing platform, suitable for powder materials; whereas the 1000-2 and 1000-3 series utilize an upper-weighting mechanism, designed for granular and powdered materials respectively.
The universal model of the tonnage bag packaging machine features sealed dust suppression, resulting in minimal material loss. The entire unit is equipped with a dedicated dust removal pipeline system, and the bag opening is tightly sealed to prevent dust leakage during filling. For fine powder applications, an air-extraction and compaction module can be additionally installed to remove internal air from the bags, ensuring dense material filling and preventing dust generation, stratification, or overflow during transportation.


The ton bag offers broad compatibility and convenient handling, supporting both open-top ton bags and those with feeding ports. The bag-clamping mechanism features adjustable height, simplifying the procedures for hanging empty bags and removing full bags, enabling single-person operation of bag loading.
The modular design facilitates easy operation and maintenance, with feeding, weighing, and dust removal modules being independently separated; clogging components and wear parts can be quickly disassembled and replaced. The entire system operates with a pressure range of 0.4–0.6 MPa, requiring only standard factory-compressed air and a 380 V industrial power supply, eliminating the need for specialized tools for routine maintenance.

The entire unit is constructed from 304 stainless steel, with customizable options including 316L stainless steel or titanium for material-contact surfaces, ensuring resistance to powder corrosion and wear. It features overload protection and a bag-position sensing interlock mechanism that automatically stops operation when no bag is present or bags are not securely clamped, effectively eliminating risks of material leakage or bag rupture.
