General-purpose quantitative powder packaging machines are primarily categorized into two types based on their metering principles: auger-based and weight-based. Auger-based machines control the discharge volume by regulating the number of rotations of a precision auger; featuring a compact structure and high operating speeds, they are ideally suited for materials with good flowability and stable bulk density, such as chicken essence, MSG, powdered beverages, and standard chemical powders. In contrast, weight-based machines utilize high-precision sensors for real-time weighing feedback control, representing the most accurate general-purpose model available; they employ an intelligent control system to dynamically adjust discharge speeds-executing a three-stage "fast-medium-slow" feeding process-to ensure the precise weight of every package.

 

The working principle of bottom-fill powder packaging machines features an innovative design where the filling nozzle is positioned at the bottom of the package. During the filling process, a specialized nozzle extends into the bag to fill it from the bottom up, while the bag opening remains sealed throughout; this design enables dust-free operation, fundamentally resolving issues related to airborne dust from lightweight or ultrafine powders while effectively preserving the material's original physical properties. Bottom-fill powder packaging machines are particularly well-suited for high-value powders prone to dusting, materials requiring strict isolation from external contaminants, and toxic or hazardous industrial powders.
