Functions such as clamping, bag inflation, feeding, weighing, air venting, bag release, and finished product conveyance are all performed automatically according to preset programs.
Operational steps include pre-packaging preparation, manual bag placement, automatic tare, automatic fast and slow feeding, and manual bag unloading.
The equipment utilizes a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system to enable automated settings, real-time monitoring, and remote diagnostics. This system manages the packaging process, integrating weight display, timing sequences, process interlocks, and fault alarms, while coordinating actuators-such as feed valves-to operate according to preset programs.
The weighing system employs an electronic platform scale mechanism. It supports full-panel digital calibration and parameter configuration, offering features such as cumulative weight display, automatic taring, automatic zeroing, and automatic "drop" (in-flight material) correction. It utilizes a gravity-based or dual-auger (coarse and fine) feeding method, with the automatic drop correction function ensuring final packaging accuracy during the fast and slow feeding stages.
